Creamy, concentrated, toasty.
Barrel fermented and then aged on lees in 40% new French barrels for 10 months with partial malolactic fermentation, this stylish golden-hued Chardonnay is made from clone 95 from the Cote d'Or, France.
Grilled lemons and honeysuckle, toasted hazelnuts, brown spice and vanillin oak aromas lead to a buttery and equally toasty palate. Warm apple brioche, spice and hazelnut flavours echo the nose.
Creamy and intense.
